Families interested in exploring services through Children’s Therapy Associates are invited to call and speak with a discipline coordinator. All of our coordinators are certified and licensed in their specific discipline. An initial telephone intake conversation will assist families in determining the needs of their child and family and will assist in planning the most appropriate intervention model. Should a family require services from more than one discipline, the coordinators will work closely with each other “behind the scenes” to ensure seamless coordination of services.

For those inquiring about treatment services, an initial intake will take place on the telephone with one of our scheduling coordinators and then, once a mutually agreeable therapy slot has been determined, a preliminary visit will be scheduled. These 30-minute visits offer families an opportunity to meet with their therapist to discuss philosophies, approaches and priorities for goals and objectives.

You may also download the Interest Form and mail it to Children’s Therapy Associates, 11 Huron Drive – Suite 201, Natick, MA 01760. We offer observation of ongoing groups throughout each session as well as preliminary visits with group leaders to determine best fit for groups and/or other services.
