Weather closings will be posted under News and Events. If you are not able to check the website, please call (508) 650-0457 and press extension 1 (Snow-related closings) to find out whether the clinic will be open. The message will be updated by 7:30 am or as soon as a storm becomes significant enough to effect travel.
If the clinic remains open, but an individual therapist is unable to make her appointment, you will be called personally on both home and cell phone numbers.
If you cannot arrive here safely, please call your clinician’s voicemail extension to cancel your appointment. If you do not call to cancel, your absence will be considered invalid and you will be expected to pay for that session.
